Drums & Drones is Delicious Digital’s third album for EMI’s new KPMT Trailer label. As the name suggests it is an album of drums and drones!
We went all-out on this album, using a vast array of analogue and digital synths and experimental foley recordings to create deep rich drones. The massive drums were recorded live using numerous drummers. The track Secret Silence features the legendary drummer and founder of Seputura, Igor Cavalera. Trapped in the Belly of the Beast features the brilliant Pauli Lovejoy, who has played with the likes of Gorillaz and FKA Twigs.
